Regulations on the Technical Council
1.
This regulation on the Technical Council was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 18, 2011 "On Science", industry programs, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of science, highways, as well as the Charter of KazdorNII Joint Stock Company.
2.
The Technical Council is a collegial body of industry organizations whose functions are to consider issues of pilot implementation and development of new technologies and materials, machines and mechanisms with the introduction of road construction materials and new technologies into a single database.
3.
The Technical Council in its activities is guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, regulatory legal acts, orders, as well as this Regulation.
